The Tru Hotel was built 150 feet away and in tandem with the Comfort Inn & Suites at the Salt Lake International Airport. These hotels are as close as 100 feet from four other hotels.
The Tru line of hotels is one of Hilton’s newer brands. Because of this, the Tru near the Salt Lake City Airport is one of the first built in Utah.
Geared toward millennials, the hotel features more collaboration spaces and smaller guest rooms. We preserved the site’s mature trees and incorporated them into the hotel’s pool area and landscaping.
