Prioritizing Safety Every Step of the Way

  • Before any of Hogan’s field personnel begin work, they receive instruction from Hogan’s safety personnel. We also offer a variety of training courses and encourage our employees to complete them.

  • Before the start of each project, the Superintendent, Foreman, and Hogan’s safety team meet to evaluate the job requirements and identify any special safety issues the job may entail.

  • In addition to the money and time spent creating and providing safety training, and purchasing and maintaining safety equipment, Hogan offers financial incentives to workers to encourage ongoing safety training.

Safety Mission Statement

Hogan & Associates Construction values human life over profit.

We invest time, money, and other resources to support that value. We expect each of our employees and subcontractors to similarly think and work to support that value.

Maintaining an Industry-Low Safety Rating

With 1.0 being the average national Experience Modification Rate, Hogan is proud that our EMOD score over the last three years has been well below 1.0.
