Hogan presented 73 value engineering ideas, 36 of them were accepted to achieve $5.8 million in savings.
The school's design promotes collaboration through flexible spaces in classrooms, the auditorium, and other areas. It emphasizes Career and Technical Education (CTE) with commercial and learning kitchens, welding and automotive shops, a construction lab, and a child development area.
The campus also features a 35,000 SF fieldhouse available for community use.
