Hogan renovated a 50-year-old, former elementary school into Heber City’s new public safety building. The building houses the city’s police department and features an emergency coordination room, justice court facilities, and a community room.
Hogan provided the city with 92 value-engineering options, 54 of which the city accepted, resulting in total savings of $1.49 million.
“Their partnership with our department and the city was outstanding. How many cities can say that their building experience was fantastic? We can.”
Dave Booth, Former Police Chief
