Our team provided comprehensive pre-construction services. Our estimating accuracy was 1.35%, which is the difference between the DD and the GMP, divided by the GMP.
The new two-story building features primary and specialty care spaces, with a hallway connecting to the hospital next door. It nearly quadruples the amount of space the Franklin County Medical Center has to serve patients, increasing healthcare access in this community.
The doctors and nurses are elated to have this upgraded MOB, which is a huge asset for this rural community.
