Hogan provided 7.5% of value management savings to maximize the medical center’s budget.
FCMC is a 20-bed Critical Access Hospital with an attached 35-bed skilled nursing facility. The additions and remodels help FCMC better serve its community by providing new emergency department, surgery, radiology, laboratory, and clinic spaces, along with updated reception areas.
During construction, Hogan pumped out excess water to mitigate potential structural issues caused by the high water table.
