“I enjoyed this project so much that I created a replica from the building’s wood and nails.”

  • When no subcontractors could rebuild the original bay doors, Hogan took on the challenge. We had in-house woodworking artisans recreate the doors onsite from old photographs.

We carefully restored many elements of this roundhouse, including matching and reusing the 100-year-old brick, and strategically restoring or replacing all doors and windows with similarly designed ones.

Additionally, we transformed a portion of the building into a meeting and events space. The restoration brings satisfaction to many locals.
