  • The windows had to be custom-built because of their unique shape, so Hogan's woodworkers constructed and installed 60 of them.

The project was a complete retrofit of the iconic 1921 building.

Hogan’s crews built a new structural system for gravity, snow, seismic, and wind loads while maintaining the barn’s historical integrity and appeal. We removed roof portions piece-by-piece to build the interior steel frame, added new shingles to the roof, upgraded the exterior siding, and excavated and shored around the barn’s exterior.
