Hogan performed a detailed constructability analysis to identify unique materials and building conditions. We also prioritized material ordering to avoid COVID-related inflation.
Golden Spike was built within an established neighborhood. We had zero incidents or injuries involving neighboring residents during the construction of this new walkable school, which consolidates two schools to save local taxpayers money.
The school features classroom spaces, a media center, a stage, a gym, a cafeteria/multipurpose room, and outdoor play areas.
