Eddy Hogan

VP – Construction

“I enjoy constructing buildings that serve my community and ensuring they are built to a high standard.”

Project Details

  • 10,034 Square Feet | November 2022

  • Layton, UT

  • Our project team saved Layton City $307K for revised grading to reduce soil import.

The station features seven sleeping rooms, four shared bathrooms, a large dayroom with a kitchen, two offices, a full laundry area, a workout room, and a large patio facing the mountains.

Additionally, the design has a western mountain aesthetic with timber framing and a steel roof. The team excelled at constructing an edifice that meets the community's needs while staying on budget and on schedule.

This strategically-located new station fulfills a critical need within our city to reduce response times to within four minutes.”
