Community Network Building

Spanish Fork City

The SFCN had previously outgrown multiple spaces and can now provide the community with internet, cable, and phone services, as well as I.T. services for city staff from a new hub!

Sam Roberts

Superintendent

“This building meets the needs they currently have and is big enough for future growth.”

Project Details

  • 24,500 Square Feet • 2024

  • Spanish Fork, UT

  • The top of the administration portion of the building is finished with a Swisspearl Fibre Cement Rear-Ventilated Facade System, giving the building a unique, technology-forward look.

Spanish Fork’s new Community Network Building has ample natural light and stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The building helps SFCN’s team keep pace with the city’s ever-increasing population and technology needs, while also representing SFCN as a brand and service that offers cutting-edge services for its community.

No construction project is without its challenges, and Hogan has been fantastic to work with.”
